It fit my frame perfectly and it never felt too big or baggy which is a problem that I often encounter. I would highly recomment this dress for all occassions. I am a M - L, and first ordered the XL, according to the size chart. Ordered again, in a 2X, and still a bit snug in the arms. The jacket was made well. But I would suggest ordering up a size, especially if the item has sleeves.
