I will be honest and say that at first, I thought I would not like how the kimono looks with the belt on (personal preference more than anything) but to my surprise, it looks really flattering. Also, the seller includes little patches with all the available colors! That way you can see how those colors actually look and I really like that kind of personal touch and forward-thinking.

My only tiny concern is that the material used for the pockets (which I think is the same linen?) does make them a little bulky when it falls but nothing a belt won't sort out.

This is the second robe that I've bought from Meetra, and once again her craftsmanship and attention to detail shine through this piece. My husband and I are still losing covid weight, and his attempt to upgrade his robe game failed several times until I messaged Meetra about customizing this one.
