You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 business days from the date of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return or exchange. Provide your order number, item(s) details, and reason for the return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide instructions on where to send the items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item you would like.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
